Adding an Attribute Value
Each entry in a directory consists of attributes. An attribute comprises the attribute type identification, for example, telephoneNumber, and one or more attribute values, for example, 02 9923 1234. This option allows you to add an attribute value.

Position the cursor in the Value column, alongside the attribute type to which you want to add a value.
If you are adding an address attribute, the Postal Address Editor appears. Go to Using the Postal Address Editor.
If you are adding an audio file, the Audio dialog appears. Go to Adding an Audio File.
If you are adding a file that can be launched, a dialog pertaining to that file type appears. Go to Using the File Launching Featrure.
